Influenced during her formative years by icons like Lauryn Hill and Erykah Badu, Cyn’s sound typically bridges the gap between hip-hop and neo-soul, though she appears to be exploring fresh artistic ground here. Alongside this announcement, she shared the project's lead single, “oooshxt!”—an assertive, high-energy anthem featuring production that echoes the forward-thinking style of Missy Elliott’s 90s output.

The track's instrumental was crafted by Pera Krstajić in collaboration with the siblings Sherwyn and Kendrick Nicholls, better known as Two Fresh. In the song’s introductory hook, Cyn makes it crystal clear to everyone—whether inside the club or elsewhere—that she isn't playing games.
